Corn Derivatives List

This is a thorough list of corn derivatives, though keep it mind not everything listed will contain corn—this means it CAN contain corn, or is often made from corn. This is the list I’m referring to when I tell people corn goes by 100+ names. You may need to avoid some completely or use carefully until you know your reaction. Items shown with an (*) are the most common derivatives that may not contain or be derived from corn—in my experience, corn flour, corn starch, corn meal, citric acid, dextrose, maltodextrin, and invert sugar have caused the most severe and quickest reactions. Proceed with caution for all listed though.
